Our lines are not a fully automated assembly line. Experienced production staff work alongside imported and domestically engineered processing, freezing and grading equipment — the equipment delivers speed and consistency, while our staff judge raw material condition and finishing quality by hand. It's that combination that keeps every batch consistent from intake to packing.

Production floors are designed and maintained to hygienic food-safety-grade standards, with controlled access, sanitation routines and climate control purpose-built for raw seafood handling.
